Hi, I’m Max.
I’m a Licensed Psychological Associate, supervised by Megha Pulianda, LPC-S, PhD. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Sam Houston State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University.
I help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, life stressors, and questions of identity, empowering them to better understand themselves and move forward with confidence.
I take an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy, drawing from a range of techniques from different therapeutic methods to tailor treatment to each client. I look at problems through a Narrative, Solution-Focused, Existential, and Strengths-Based lens.
How much of what you tell yourself is shaped by other people, your relationships, or the society you live in rather than yourself? I will work with you to identify these expectations and help you choose which are working for you and which are getting in your way.
I honor that you are the leading expert of your own life. I will consult with you on the skills, abilities, and resources you have already used to face your struggles. Together, we will hone them and identify any others that may benefit you.
I understand that sharing your struggles can be a big step. I emphasize maintaining a warm, supportive space where you can feel safe to explore your concerns, understand your setbacks, and celebrate your victories.
Outside of the office, I enjoy relaxing with a book or show, listening to music, playing guitar, and playing video games.
The Bottom Line:
I want to help you rewrite the stories that hold you back and build on the strengths that move you forward.
